I request everyone to concentrate on your work and make sure the integration goes smoothly. Forget about the layoffs. It is just part of every organization. As long as you are paid, you got to work and work hard.

Yes yes! The countdown has begun! It will be showtime soon! The biggest merger ever in the history of Schwab. Schwabos, get ready and give it all. Do your best to make our CEO and ECs happy and proud. It is because of their guidance that we are who we are today.
Buckle up. 8 more days to go. Work hard and keep giving your best. Once you all are completely stressed out, we shall celebrate Labor Day! Make our leaders happy. That should be the ultimate career goal for you to climb the tall never ending Schwab corporate tower.
Comrades, let's focus on our tasks with determination. While changes happen, remember, hard work drives us forward. Our company's strength lies in our unity, and together, we'll overcome anything. Keep working hard for a better future.
Do the needful and give Walt and Rick some raise.
It’s been few years since I started working for Schwab. It’s an amazing experience and our leadership team is great! I have never seen a better CEO than ours. I wish he makes more than 50mil per year.
It has been an eventful day! I can’t wait to celebrate the merger success!! The glorious days are ahead under the master leadership of ECs and CEO. May Schwab stock go to 100 this year. Glory to the leaders.
a single stock, wow that's generous. I'll take it if they issue the actual stock certificate. I would frame it and hang it on the wall to remind me of my Glory Days at CS :)
I heard rumors that Schwab will declare an optional holiday September 4th to celebrate the biggest ever successful migration in the history of this industry. Is it true? And also award a single stock to each of the FTE?
Hardly 10 more days till the transition. Are you all excited for this exemplary achievement of yours? Keep it going people. It is because of our EC and CEOs relentless pursuit of excellence that has taken us this far. Few more days and we shall all celebrate the moment.
Wow, people don't seem to understand sarcasm here.
@2brn+1obaIuIC and when things go south they will back track again — oops folks, layoffs have been delayed to January 2nd as well. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too employees.
Don’t worry about the layoffs till the transition is complete. Enjoy your work as you owe it to the company who pays you.
Alienate and over-stress your workforce prior to TG3. Yeah great plan. Good luck, mo--ns!
@1vtq+1obaIuIC Ricky still do su-ky.
Don’t blame Ricky for your incompetence. Work hard and make sure the transition is successful. You are paid to work hard. Stop whining here and complete your mid year appraisal. Better be prepared by Monday to work for 5 more days. Lazy workers.
Do the needful
@oex+1obaIuIC: LOL - Robo Rick

I totally agree with OP. We should strive hard to make the transition a grand success. We are paid to do our best. Our board of directors and EC are some of the finest the industry has ever seen. I hope to become one among them.
It’s Saturday. Go touch grass.
Yea master, as long as we are paid, we shall serve you.
Obvious troll is obvious.
I’m emotionally constipated, I haven’t given a cr$p in weeks.
