TM came back from meeting. PTO during in Office weeks will be tracked so employee will need to make up the any in Office days missed. Basically no more using PTO to avoid coming into the office.

What do social skills have to do with being in the office. I'm paid to do a job and I get it done. It could be on another planet, if I'm doing my job and meeting the "metrics" why this obsession with being in the office? Just be honest with yourself and everyone seeing this and say you can't be trusted to work efficiently in your own without supervision or being micromanage.

Why can't they get it through their heads that people DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK INTO AN OFFICE. Its more drive time, getting ready time, stuck in an uncomfortable environment all day, around sick coughing people, it cost more in clothes, gas, food, makeup, wear and tear on vehicle, and most importantly having to use a nasty public restroom. WHEN PEOPLE ARE MORE PRODUCTIVE FROM HOME.
Go in office and get covid from people who still don’t wash hands and cough all over no thanks!!!
nah..if i am on vacation i aint coming in the next week, plus bonus if they want to force me they cant, THERE AINT ROOM, all seats are taken at all times so if i am on vacation the next weeks are allotted to other segments, i am not giving up vacation time to satisfy some sort of ego bs management has going on.
@j0+1. Well said. If only they knew what kind of people are running the show, they sure wouldn't be happy. The ethics at SF has died long ago. It's all a show with serious internal rot. WELL when the head of HR has a profile hugging Eliz Warren and the too lady husband is a “vendor” on shady HR and forecasting & stalking related projects and every mgr and above typically is married or “partners” explains a lot $$
