All ares are affected. Exec changes last year signaled deep changes to occur. People division, supply chain and others. Product org (created a couple years ago) let entire teams go. Fast agile development just came to a screeching halt.

From what I could see tech wasn't affected at all.
@1vmb You forgot the member's only spa and gym to release all the stress from all these lay-off's, the member's only bar to regale each other of all the hard work they do and the member's only gentlemen's club to really unwind.
So we lost a few people? So what? At least the company is still investing millions and millions of dollars to redesign the entire HO campus. I do hope they put in a golf course to help John Fuhrner deal with the stress of terminating countless long term employees to save a few bucks and pad his bonus.
Merch Ops always seems to be the targeted during big layoffs.
Hundreds let go from Merch Ops (previously aligned to Merchandising) in mod/space, replenishment, and their support teams. Looks like all the hourlies (N28 level) and a bunch from the CMDM level (84). It’s a “working lay-off”, so associates must keep working to keep their “severance” until Jan 31.
Does anyone know if the department handling store remodels was effected?
I think they use the software called Pulse
Wait until they announce merchandising and merch support. Word is that will be a doozy.
Give this ^^ fake news provider’s employee a bite please!
He will take care of making it spicy with some fake c-ap.
