So what do you all know about the People Leads jobs being eliminated?

@1vkj+1bS65zs7 Huh? Sam’s? As in Sam’s Club? They don’t have a people lead. Only their managers and team leads do workday. Anything else is fend for yourself as an associate.
I would have to say the job has way to many unrealistic expectations for 1 person. Too much to do. That is why people are failing.
Time to clean house of all the non performing leads.
I have not heard anything about eliminating this position. What I have learned is that it a soul-sucking position that requires you have absolutely no life outside of Walmart. Life is much too short -- run away fast if offered a Team Lead position.
No elimination, new roles and new responsibilities for those who are meeting the current responsibilities. However so many are failing, so many hired in as new hires that can not perform in this position. Not like Sam's. Elimination of Claims Supervisor is in the works.
