Did Samson say DXC are also targeting Traditional IT now? Is this the first time a leader has said we want traditional business too?

TRY to provision internal IT systems is the answer.
But they don't have any technical staff themselves, all of the actual engineering is done by GIS/ATT.
They are a client of DXC just like anyone else.
But two things hamper them:
1) They are only allowed to buy the lowest service levels
2) GIS teams allocate OCIO the lowest priority and lowest capability resources.
Consequently...
Basically you are just feeling the burn on rubbish internal systems because you are experiencing DXC delivery at its very worst.

F Digital , computers are Digital . We know that its nothing new. I am so sick of the word Digital because management can't say sentence without saying Digital at least 3 times.

Almost all of the IT personnel have been laid-off or quit so they would have to start from scratch and hire in low-cost countries. This was such a success the first try with HPE, HPI, Perspecta, and other accounts.
