Are the layoffs primarily affecting US markets or going to be seeing cuts globally. Aren’t the UK going into a recession!?

Outside of the US, it is much harder to layoff employees. In many countries, there is a rigid process to follow, government notifications, employee/work council conversations, severance and benefits to be paid (sometimes up to a year). It takes time and costs a lot of money. Neither of which Xerox has. So, the focus is on the US, like it was in 2018.
On a scale, US is easiest with Europe, especially France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany on the opposite side. Canada is in the middle leaning towards the US side and the UK in the middle leaning towards Europe in terms of ease.
X pr shill detected - grow up those are bought and paid for just like the Keypoint intelligence reports we pay for are...

Maa - there are dozens of active lawsuits against x by people who got out before mutual arbitration was put into effect. U have to ask why would someone do this if the company was in growth? More bs...
There was an Maa put in place in 2023 any employee that didn't sign it was fired. This is not a bad agreement folks it's to shut traffic to sites like this the absolutely do not want a potential merger / buyer to know just how fu--ing fu---d up the place us but too late the competition reads this site that's why stevviie is freaking out tick tock earnings announcement soon that's when it gets good folks!!!
There's always a gag order. Why do you think we can't sell or buy company stocks near earning announcements?
Stock analyst here: basic read of this site indicates low employee morale and no product competitiveness thus I am going with a strong sell in the short term. Is it true there is also a gag order on current employees?
No new products exit the stock before earnings call.
Company is a hollowed out shell now no product that is current gen suppliers won't give them latest gen (fujiii) competition are like vultures now waiting for the hold x has on remaining accounts to free up doesn't require a merger or sale they are wise to stevieee
My guess is you will see changes in LATAM and EMEA. Maybe not so much in UK and France-other than more movement to channel model. It is much harder and more expensive to move staff in countries that have protection for employees vs big business (in US you do what you want to employees). Best move outside of US for cost is if you can sell or transfer that territory or operating unit-and include the jobs & people.
