People like you play the race card to 2 different sets of standards. Heck, you play the race card so much most people don't listen any more. Its racist to hire whites but not racist to give preferential treatment to other races? IMO giving anyone preference based on race is racism. You can't expect to fix the sins of the past by continuing them in other ways. And If its racist to expect the candidate to be fully qualified then I guess I'm racist.
Someone who is over 40, has a mortgage and kids and who is undercut by H1B at every turn. Life is not always so simple.

I have worked at GM for the last 6 years and have over 10 years of prior experience. GM has sadly been the WORST company I have ever worked for. Two of my managers treated me like trash. Right now, I am interviewing elsewhere while working for GM. Thanks to WFH, I can do that. I should be go be gone from GM by year end. Good riddens!

There, we have another white male. GM showing it’s racist tendencies. Lousy company, no morals and total lack of management. I shouldn’t have joined GM (I had a choice when I did 8 years ago).
Maybe senior management will get those first class seats for free, no that they have an in at Delta.
