No productivity! Everyone waiting to hear changes and layoffs. Upper mgt disengaged causing more chaos. No on cares about their work. CEO making buck, employees going broke. They are clueless. They need to make announcements ASAP. Heard GMAS being eliminated

Hiring freeze?? Too late. The unchecked and reckless hiring spree that plagued S&T should have been scrutinized and brought to a halt long ago. The lack of accountability and oversight has led to a bloated and inefficient organization, where mediocrity has been allowed to flourish. It's a stark reminder that unchecked power to AK can lead to catastrophic consequences. The red flags were there, but they were ignored, and now we're all left to pick up the pieces of a dysfunctional system that is failing and getting worse by the day
Hiring freeze and spending freeze. Here it comes
Sadly, there are only 2-3 leaders who are capable. Rest are land grabbers and power mongrels. In house cleaning is wishful thinking
@5efr+1t93XqnZ: kicking out AK is the first step, we need complete in house cleaning of all the Indian honchos over bloated outsourced model that Ma Indra with Dixon/Jody pushed for their own back pocket and self interests.
Kick AK out and the company will be on path to productivity
Today they announced that SVP from global commercial sales is retiring after 24 years in Pepsico. In the middle of big transformation and middle of other projects. Captains leaving the ship first ?
@1uel+1t93XqnZ They have never had a back up for payroll admins. I was sick with the flu back in 2014, they told me to work from home because I had no back up, so I just continues to work in the office sick. During covid payroll admins still worked if they had covid, everyone else got 10 days off to get better.
Speaking of payroll. I have a family member with a terminal illness. Instead of suggesting I use nys paid family leave, they suggested I work from home more. How obnoxious is that. Take care of the terminal prison, WHILE WORKING FROM HOME, instead of using a nys law that is on the books and everybody uses. Oh that's right, this people have a backup. Seriously, you have your payroll admin without a backup, smh
Oh on the Pepsi side GMAS is the admin sups. They moved our payroll to centralized payroll and will move that to Mexico once they get it right. The whole company will be foreign soon
what is GMAS?
Frito is getting rid of the payroll admins by then end of 2025. I think they will offer packages by February 2025 and pay them until the end of the year.
They stated publicly that they need to cut costs to appease Wall Street. That mean headcount reduction since they can’t take pricing anymore
