I truly wish she’d spend as much time on company morale and employee wellbeing as she does self promoting. I don’t know a single employee that respects her.

HR in Cisco is definitely for the company, not employees. What is so irritating as they keep trying to pretend that they’re there for us and we’re the best place to work. The misleading comments and lies are just unbearable at times. I so wanted to get a LRed, now I’m just really to quit. What’s painful is to see the people that needed a job and believed the lies and got the LR. Especially a few that were nearing retirement.

There is a similar pattern across all ELT members. No clue about tech or no clue about what our competitors are doing and why they're doing better. Ask any ELT clown why Palo or Arista are running circles around us and they'll be speechless.
That is why Cisco is in such a bad shape. Everything is based on Friends and family instead of talent.

HR is not for employees. HR's single role is to protect the Company and Senior Leadership.
By now she is probably among the most disliked ELT members. The most fake one for sure.
In the LR was treated like cr-p by both Kelly and Fran. They are the right hand of Chuck's sick layoff mentality as money is more important to them than people! We need people that will stand up to Chuck, not yes-women. I get sick when I see their posts on Linked-In painting a fake positive message. Kelly's reports were nice to me, and understanding, but they won't stand up for people either! They are afraid to speak up when they know what Cisco is doing is wrong! What a sad place Cisco has become.
