Supervisor schedules

Heard supervisors are going to 1 weekend every 8 weeks? Any truth to that?

At my store two of the "benefits" of being management or supervisor is having two days off in a row and getting every other weekend off.

As I recall, that was the plan all along when they went to the customer centric scheduling.

Only 1 weekend off every 8 weeks, along with things like: no more than 6 days in a row, minimum 11 hours between shifts, along with no guarantee of 2 days off in a row.

Department supervisor positions eliminated in October will have to reapply for team lead positions with a lot less pay

Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. But the reality is that the vast majority of us are stuck, whether we work for orange company or blue company it doesn't change anything.

I’m a part timer working a full time schedule, have been for quite awhile. I never get weekends off or even two days in a row off.
