God knows that there is a lot wrong with this company, and we see people complaining about a variety of things on this board, but also in everyday office talk.
So I’m just curious. If you had to point out only one main reason why you consider leaving Xerox, what reason would that be?

Working at xerox or Kfc. Hmmmmm ……at least you can eat the chicken, mash potatoes, corn, and biscuit at kfc.
And you get to talk to the cute girls up front. Certainly not all bad.
Instead of breathing toner dust and deleting useless corporate emails all day long. And having to deal with SNow and it’s ridiculous quirks. Not to mention managers that don’t answer or return your calls.
But again this apparently a pro xerox forum, as anything said that is less than perfect toward xerox is attacked, as it doesn’t meet the desired criteria of “one boat one team”cr-p.
Good luck people. There is a good life after xerox, using money that I invested on my own. Not because of xerox. I could have worked at walgreens and gotten the same. Xerox is nothing special. Maybe not even as good.
And yes i sleep fine at night.

An MPS centric business (with associated management) trying to grow in a shrinking market, whilst loosely punting bets on more interesting technology (AM, Big Data, AR), without proper investment, or (of equal importance), focus. There won’t be fast impactful results trying to get copier sales people to drop their day jobs to invest valuable time in these totally different offers.

Seems like the "pro Xerox" trolls are out in force. They can downvote all they want. You're entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts. The point remains that X is in a severe downdraft and probably past the recovery point.
