Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

F&L forum comments?

How was the F&L forum today? It sounds like EMCC forum was bad - any similarities in the F&L forum? I couldn’t log in today - I’ll try tomorrow for the Europe one.

Downvote #1 from me for 1. Being such an id--t and 2. For being so lazy that you can’t use you instead of “ya”

Folks, it's a diversion designed by the very top tiers - winning by creating confusion and hatred among minions. Common folks in EMCC, F&L, whatever else, are all chess pieces to be sacrificed.

It was mostly lies about why the latest re-org is going to create many opportunities. It'll still be toxic functional silos with a rotten culture, the only difference is that instead of the company presidents talking to each other, the VP's will be forced to talk to each other.

The answers to the questions about compensation and the performance assessment system were terrible.

What’s future of F&L in a chemicals dominated “product solutions” organization, and now without NS?

Fuels is a commodity player only now and lubes is left to hitch onto a chemicals structure and hang on for a few more years perhaps.

EMCC here, I have friends in F&L and it was basically the same story. Honestly if anyone is still expecting some kind of dramatic revelation in these forums they should stop holding their breath.
