If you are looking for real pay, PAN is the place to be. We don’t have a VP and SED that lies to the field and refuses to take responsibility. We have reasonable goals. We have competent and accountable leadership that owns it regardless. If they make a mistake, they own it. They don’t hide from the field and refuse to answer questions.
GSSOers - Ask yourself this, does your sales leadership actually answer questions or do they ignore it hoping it goes away. Did you ever get answers to the “Gold Rush”. More importantly, did you ever get paid what you were told you would get paid. Of course you didn’t, you were lied to and not allowed to question it. If you did question it, you were ignored and no explanation was provided. Why is it that your VP won’t answer it or address it. Ask your RM and OD. Are they answering those questions. I doubt it.
The Sales Leadership here knows how to run an organization. You should have stayed in Vegas as we have our Sales Kickoff this week.
For you TSAs that are worried about C2E and Agile TSA, we don’t have it here. Myself and my peers have dedicated SEs. We actually use customer intimacy in our sales motions. We let customers know that Cisco Security is going to pool your security sales and engineering team and they will get someone different each time. You can imagine how that goes over. Customers are shocked that Cisco is doing away with customer intimacy. The more your VP and SED pushes it the better for us. Customers tells us the disaster they have with it on other projects. Please keep trying to do C2E and Agile TSA as it makes it so easy to beat you especially when you continue to lose your best people and customers want actual security relationships.
