Time to unionize O&A. Hearing they’ll merge O&A or some others and cut posts. Also going to make people cross-qualify on even more posts with no financial compensation. How is this okay? It’s time to take control back from these jokers of upper management who don’t know what they’re doing and should leave things alone. Heard from a recent forum the best thing management has to offer us is new trucks and new operator shelters that we don’t want or need. Has anyone talked to any operators about if this is a good idea (it’s not). Why not spend all that money on raises or bonuses with record earnings? Keep your trucks and shelters.
