Time to Unionize BMT O&A Chemical Plant

Time to unionize O&A. Hearing they’ll merge O&A or some others and cut posts. Also going to make people cross-qualify on even more posts with no financial compensation. How is this okay? It’s time to take control back from these jokers of upper management who don’t know what they’re doing and should leave things alone. Heard from a recent forum the best thing management has to offer us is new trucks and new operator shelters that we don’t want or need. Has anyone talked to any operators about if this is a good idea (it’s not). Why not spend all that money on raises or bonuses with record earnings? Keep your trucks and shelters. We want jobs and raises and want to be left alone. Enough is enough. Starting to collect USW signatures NOW. Reach out to the USW to

for more info on how you can get what you deserve and have a voice. Let’s rise up together and surprise the upper management with the only move we have left. Let’s take back control of our futures before these silver tongued devils try to justify their existence and ruin it for all of us. By this Christmas time next year together we can make O&A great again…or hopefully upper management with their crazy ideas and new shelters will be gone. Merry Christmas

Xom is forcing unions in with the mistreatment and underhanded dealings. Unions sadly are needed to keep them in check. I don’t like unions either but here we are

Isn’t that a small, third or fourth quartile steam cr--ker? Not passing value judgements, but if I’m correct on that it’s very possible they will do exactly what they’re talking about doing, but that also you kinda sorta need to be looking at stuff like this. The new refining ops overlords in EMPS are willing to shut chemicals units down if they’re not performing.

The only thing worse than ExxonMobil management are job and work ethic destroying unions.

Aaaaah let me think about it…ok, no thanks. I’ve seen how co-mie unions destroy the work ethic along with companies and jobs. The co-mie union wouldn’t even let us vote to avoid or shorten the last lockout. Co-mie unions are for last and incompetent b-ms who shouldn’t have been hired. If the co-mie unions got companies to do away with DEI, I would consider it. The co-mie unions are only looking out for their fascist leadership, not the working stiff.

Clinton just affiliated with the USW. Strength in numbers. Corporations are making billions off the backs of their employees. What did D Woody do to deserve $25 million?

Workers of the world, unite! Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights.
Get up, stand up, don't give up the fight. 😀
Joke apart, here an employee of “old”, “socialist” Europe (in the eyes of most US neo-cons). Only thing good ol' mamma ExxonMobil understands is balance of power. Some fools believe they can have it their way by playing it individually. Unless you're deemed a so-called “hi-po” and you can just surf on the wave, it's just an illusion...
