@1rau+1l6YPaon You are absolutely correct! The sad reality is that the incompetence permeates all the way down to the sycophant first-line supervisors and managers.
What a disaster this forum was. WHAT A DISASTER!!! These people don't know what they're talking about. They clearly showed no leadership skills and absolutely no empathy for the employees that made the 56 billions possible. This is a true disaster. There's absolutely no future here.
If you sit toward the front of the room, in-person, then you can see that the whole thing is being read by the panelists from a giant teleprompter on the floor.
Including the Q&A, it’s a prepared dialogue, staged to create the illusion of a spontaneous conversation.
Cowards!
And they top off the gaslighting by talking about culture change and the need for Transparency!
I like the planted questions from the “audience” that all had impressively well-rehearsed and quick responses from the panel. Echos of a soviet election.
I wonder if the 2023 PIP% will correlate to the number for times we heard "its not about headcount reduction". I counted at least 10.
They spent a fair amount of time congratulating themselves and us about the huge profits like it was based on what we had done when in reality it had more to do with a war in Ukraine.
I am amazed how a whole hour was spent without telling us anything concrete while spouting platitudes like “change is hard” and we have the smartest and best employees.
It is also a bitter pill to hear this from people that are taking home millions while they figure out ways to eliminate people in the audience so they can take home more.
I like this live chat format.
I also know HR is supervising our threads here, this format will keep them busy too...
@vxg+1l6YPaon But it's true! Customer satisfaction lept from 10% to 11%...
Let us do a re-org from the bottom up. Every one gets to choose their supervisor and so on up. Then you’ll know who we really want to work for, who cares about people as well as $$$, then give them the leadership training - anyone can learn that but most of the leaders we have are out for #1 and looking to ride this heavy train until it fails utterly and you can’t teach them to care about others. Also let us tell you what work we should be doing - we know better than you. And if affiliates are truly corporately separate then it doesn’t matter if we all do things differently.
Right on @xzh+1l6YPaon. I left right after hearing KM saying that outsourcing EMIT helpdesk to HCL had resulted in a “a double-digit improvement in customer satisfaction”. She obviously never had to deal with them directly. The top-brass live on the same planet, but definitely not in the same matrix as the regular employee...
Upstream trading made a billion dollars for the corp last year. Is A.C. out?
@mjx+1l6YPaon yes WOKE GLOBALISTS as#es
I can't believe that clown continues to play the sock card. Inspiring!
Why cannot they just talk to us like adults? Here’s the new org chart. Here’s your new manager. Etc.
An hour of fluff is frustrating.
This session confirms that we need to leave asap.
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
All I can say!
@ndf Those of us in EMIT got an email.
Everyone LEAN IN!!!
It seems like all the top roles are going to external hires. So, it is not even credible to say that one can endure a gauntlet for the slim chance of MAKING it to the top level.
No relevant news on Trading, which is 2-4 years behind schedule depending on which initiative you consider which initiative you use as ‘start of implementation.’
Lean in!
Hey, “woke globalist” guy, “corporations are people, my friend”. Look that quote up.
At this point you have to be incredibly ignorant not to realize the voting patterns of the ultra wealthy people at the top of companies who make the decision to outsource jobs.
🙄🙄🙄
There are no shared KPI's when PDS is a zero sum competitive process, by definition
Where did y'all see EMTEC and EMIT consolidation?
Congrats to Bart. New company president of GBS. CEO in waiting
EMIT Helpdesk is the example they give of winning?!?!
These people are mo--ns!!
Who got the big jobs? Stale for supply chain, , Bart for GBS and who for the GOS?
Winning

Talent Management (aka PIP off)
Buzzwords of the forum
How many jets did it take to bring these leaders to Houston today?
If someone from the forum is monitoring this chat please explain how you are going to shift culture to support it. We are EM is not going to do it without some fundamental changes and requirements.
Push all jobs over seas, PIP, and push people out. Layoffs are expensive so of course they won't do that. It's all about the Benjamin's baby and fu-k the American workers as much as possible
Socks again!
New words for LAYOFF!! TALENT MANAGEMENT!! AKA send the jobs out of the United States 🇺🇸 woke globalist!!!
Talent management program = ramp up attrition in high cost countries
They keep saying it’s not a head count reduction, but the little acknowledgment of cost reduction is telling.
Perhaps we won’t go down in headcount but headcount will shift to lower cost centers and areas.
Up next welcome all the new companies to the spring campus as we rent out buildings after we ship your jobs some place else.
Not about headcount reduction……uh uh uh…..
Not a lot of confidence in that answer
What is all this about??? Lots of vague questions and no answer…
All employees wasting time!!
None of those on stage have to use our third party providers like we do. Executive CLs have a front of the line pass that gets their issues addressed quickly and by qualified providers. None of them have any real recent employee experience and the absolute level of frustration and wasted hours managing.
