I’ll go first. CST was 91%.
No modifier for me because my manager said I needed to walk on water to get a rating of 4.

One Surgical. RST is SI.
@1g4 good point. RST may share the 86% for SI as that’s their OU. Thanks!
RTO mandate
@idv ... would the robot fall in line with MITG or what ever there called now... IDK tho
Does anyone know about Robotic Surgery? I was laid off so I never had any discussion about how much I would get. It’s at about 50% which would not align with my usual bonus multiplier.
@nm loved it, keep them coming
@mr Wait...There are still people in Global IT there?
@nm Gdog - thanks for making us laugh. It was a good read 😂
Yo, it’s your boy Gdog, representin the big Med Biz unit, bonus so phat I could lose 99% and still be flexin’ twice yo yearly salary, and I ain’t talkin’ bout you bottom-dwellers—I’m eyein’ you upper-mid-class cats pullin’ 150K thinkin’ you’re ballin’. That’s real math, fam, “crunched” by my hockey degree—ha, psych! I got my VP sports pro squad doin’ the numbers, and them clowns can barely count their own concussions but they makin them “intellectual decisions,”... ‘cept my Indian crew—they out here outsourcin’ everything to keep my bonus swole. Three percent? That’s 31 mil, baby! Patients? They’re just the garnish—profit’s the whole damn feast, and I’m carvin’ it up with a gold-plated smirk! For all you haters can I get a "D", give me an "E", give me an "I". DEI baby - "Dollars Extracted Intentionally". Keep that money machine pumping homies.
Global IT 93% an a 3% cool numbers IMHO I was happy
87% CRDN
93% GTI
PVH 111% with a 3.
CRM 106
@a7 yeah 91% is great. I was just saying that performance ratings are rigged to make it impossible really to get above a 3.
86% SI
90%, GOSC
80% for NV
@OP Isn't that 91% pretty good?
