Challenging to get anything accomplished. Almost everything is outsourced. If you do find someone, they usually leave and you’re back to square one. It was never this difficult.

Benefit package meh. Price when up more than our average performance raises (typically). I have heard of more people who are leaving than any other period of time.

It's funny, while before my role being eliminated, I was passively looking. Once my role was eliminated, I started actively looking and found a new job before my WARN period was even up. Now, I have MDT recruiters saying they found a new job for me within the company and want me to come back. Problem is, I found a new company with stronger benefits, better pay, better job security so basically said only way I would consider is if my pay was doubled from when I was laid off. Instead of being laughed at, the rep said let me see if that is doable and is circling back to me next week. Times must be getting desperate...
