Thank you. All the answers were BS. But you spoke and asked for us all.

Employee's are just an expense to be minimized to this company. Performance does not matter one bit. Use the time while you have an income to look for something better, and then walk out. The leaders of this company do not care about you, you should not care at all about this company.
Can someone post this on Dropbox or YouTube?
The replay with Q & A is posted. It was fantastic to hear the 1st time and even better the 2nd time.

We do not give automatic raises, except for ML and the directors.
And he’s even getting a hero’s welcome on the DXC internal Facebook page. I see a revolt , work slowdowns from the employees coming based on this. The steamroll is on the move. #ISeeDXC
On the call his “bravery” for speaking-up was mentioned several times. It says a lot about the toxic environment and the lack of respect for the opinions of employees. By the way, still waiting for last year’s Pulse results.
Too bad he will be WFRd next week!
You knew every employee was cheering this guy with his questions and the bull c-ap answers that came from DXC. From management work hard sell the company , but get nothing extra in return. Company hiring , but not saving YOUR job.
Loved it! No wonder the stock forcask is $14.00 a share or less

I missed it. What were the answers given? Was Lawrie on?
Six years rated as far exceeds, never gotten a raise. Management wants us to quit. They want the traditional IT services business in the US to implode because they don't think that they can make money in it, They want all the workers in that business to get frustrated and leave so they don't have to pay out. They are probably surprised so many have stuck around this long.
I'm close to retirement so I am weighing my choices, but I'm starting to face the fact that after a while (maybe this week) I won't have a choice.
F---ing brilliant!!! I mean, I'm almost speechless at what he did. It's amazing that he got through at all. I wish I could buy him a beer or something!
what a f---ing legend, totally k--led it.
@wwp 'let them eat cake' attitude started the french revolution... dont they see that everyone is p-ss-d?
I wonder if it’s on the recording!!!
I’ve not had a raise in 5 or 6 years. I’ve been constantly rated well, this year it was all exceeds. I
I’m really hoping they cut me so I can collect money and retool some skills!!
I truly hate this place!
Asking on the call was gutsy, so kudos for that. Also, content of the questions mattered as it really distilled what bothers all of us (this is applicable outside of DXC as well – this is why the entire nation is p-ss-d nowadays – if you doubt me look at the left and the right – both candidates are trying to address this)…
In short:
Stop shipping our jobs overseas, give us decent pay and do not rape us on healthcare (and all of this while you are f---ing syphoning 10s of millions from the company)…
This is the problem with the entire nation, every single company, every single setup…
Darn!
love it... savage!

Anyhow, the hero asked the following questions in a very straightforward manner:
-
Why US workforce reduction?
-
Why no raises?
-
Why the increase in worker health care costs?)
Sorry I wasn't there for the townhall, but I was WFR'd. Sounds like it was a good one. I just had my yearly review a month or so with a rating of "Meets all expectations and exceeds some." In return for the well above average performance I get let go. Can't say I wasn't expecting it, our group had been on notice for over 2 years. By the time I was let go, over 64% of my US colleagues were already gone. It is a very sad situation, a company that was once well respected and cared about its employees now continues to get rid of the very talent they need to succeed. For those remaining - take what you apparently heard on the townhall and use that information to make healthy decisions on your career.
A great moment in DXC history. Thank you to the gentleman who not only asked the 3 questions (Why US workforce reduction? Why no raises? Why the increase in worker health care costs?) but also stayed on the phone and made comments.
I don't believe anyone at DXC or in our industry expects "automatic" or "entitled" pay raises. Yet that's what executives seem to hear whenever a question is asked about raises. It's Pay for Performance, we all know. But we're not being paid for performance: not when appraisals are stellar, not when all goals are met and then some. In fact, every year we're sliding backward as benefits become more costly and don't cover as much. The performance happens but the pay does not. Nothing fair or understandable about that.
DXC leadership style is one not taught in any school I know off, except as an example of what not to do to motivate staff.
Anybody here had a raise in 5 years?
Rated exceeds all....no bonuses. Several years.
The CEO get bonus , SO WE ALL SHOULD
Can I buy this man a virtual drink? Well done sir. Too bad the answers were BS.
