If CMS is smart they show how Humana has cut their investment into STARS and this was the inevitable result.
Not good or bad, but an effort. Sad effort to hitch our wagon to a rogue non-profit that’s been around for a year. Only reason is to file in an anti-CMS court. The recent SCAN lawsuit seems promising for a win, but also shows CMS has closed gaps to winning through these pathways. Time will tell- a win would certainly help Humana.
What are you even talking about? This is why so many of these posts are BS and fear mongering - humana suing is great news. Most companies who have sued regarding their stars ratings have won, meaning our ratings will go up if this legal battle is won. The judge is notorious for siding with the plaintiffs in these cases - that means our chances of this turning around are good.
