Really hard to understand how the IT bully is still around, zero IQ and zero EQ. I do believe the guy is actually d-mb, he does not get simple math, I wonder if he even finished high school. But he is there to do the dirty work.

Does anyone know which groups in IT are outsourced and to which companies? I am going to apply for those jobs so need the name of company.
IT changed after the merger, we ended up with the worst from Husky.
If you are a member of a business group that relies on IT to deliver on your priorities, you should rethink. The IT layoffs decimated capabilities and some areas are just gone. If you didn't expect complex and nuanced thinking from IT before, you definitely won't get it now. Outsourcing will move to fill in the gaps but it will be years to redevelop old capabilities, and of course we selected the current outsourcer because they were the lowest bidder.
