F24 have had it for decades, I know a handful of people over the years that had to work through it, some just left.
"Managed out the door" as some leaders would call it.

No this is made up. As a manager I have only seen underperforming people put on pip. The pip is a pain in the ho-e for managers too.

That being said maybe there's an unspoken rule in certain divisions I'm not involved in
