I am just curious to know what other store managers are doing in this time of trouble.
Store manager in Erie hides in an office all day and only comes out when it's his time to leave.
I feel our store manager should be on the floor with us leading us and showing the employees the we are in this together.
They should not be allowed to hide all day like a scared coward.

I made the comment about Clarksville, IN SM and ASMs. I stand by it 100 percent!! I only check in here from time to time. The negativity is outrageous but I guess people need to lean on each other when frustrated or angry. The thing is, it's so toxic! Find solutions and put them into action. For the benefit of yourselves or for your stores. I hope all remain well and healthy.

Our SM is amazing!! Always on the floor working with customers and answering codes! Loading, getting carts, etc. So are ASMs! Clarksville, IN. Great store! Great people!
Yes, no "customer centric" stuff for these chosen ones. Sad.
They come out when they hear regional is on the way.
Ours is the same way, works 6 to 4 M to F.
