@1pfb In the video the last day of that employee, she just stated that she didn't like the senior manager and shared her opinion (which is frown on at BD) of what she thought of her. All the managers in that video did nothing to stop the conversation and even the Senior manager just stood there and took it. But don't you worry because the person that filmed that whole thing was fired not for filming that but "Not for turning is a potential threat to management"....... Even though managers were in the same room and did nothing about this situation. Way to go BD.
This is a sign of a company that is out of control and on top of that the managers let things like this happen because there is a huge disconnect between them and the common workers. Good luck to the future with Waters..... maybe they can be forceful enough to get rid of the right people like TB.
I did 21 years at BD/Pyxis and I just couldn't do it any longer. 1000s of horror stories for the last 8 years from the field. Any way they can F you they will, last-minute changes and booking (tell you on sunday where your going of at all), they steal your milage and points via their travel agency and policies., expect you stay in cockroach infested hotels, expect and schedule you to work 70+ hours / week and r3fuse to pay overtime. Nothing but highschool clicks and favoritism from upper management, through middle management all the way to the individual / local teams. Hostile work environment, retribution, and gaslighting are common in evey department and practically mandatory so they push out decent workers and hire their family and friends. On top of all that they don't physically make sh-t, BD slaps a label on imported goods and outsource 99% of their software and goods. Pathetic!
Basically the last remaining lead/supervisor said goodbye to the team, but called out the Senior Operations manager in the middle of the meeting. It was quite epic, but nothing will change at BD. The Manager will continue to drive away people because she’s unqualified and unethical.

Epic! Yet the toxic culture will continue because that manager will stay in place. That whole leadership team from the plant manager to the VPs are pinheads or shady foreigner's. Good luck BD legal with your threats. You don’t have a leg to stand on. Get it girl.
