Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Political Hat ”tipping”

Did anyone feel the vote topic and comment from Tips weekly email was a little more direct than HR would allow for political view?

Funny how people think people with money are ethical and defend them. Money does not mean someone is ethical.

The post by 1owc just demonstrates total ignorance and stupidity. A better economy benefits all insurers but especially the market leaders. More cars and homes purchased have a direct and incontrovertible affect on production. Not an opinion but a fact that is monitored and baked into plans.

@1owc. Care to explain what kind of tremendous power and control State Farm had from 2009 and 2010, then?

The last thing SF wants is a booming economy. Economy up, insurance down. It's all about power and control. Their like a d–g addict. Give them a little, they want more. Orwell doctrine.

Typical! I can and you can't. They consider workers minions! I've heard that directly out of leadership mouth at high level.
