Walt + Rick in total compensation together make like 350-400 employees. Pause for a moment for that to sink in.

Then we all get 1-4% raises and they say that they can't afford to give us promotions. I'll go somewhere else and get my promotion then and they can spend the money and time it takes to rehire and train a new person.

The EC got huge comp raises in 2021 - 60%(Walt)- to well over 100%. It’s public - on proxy statements.
It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Same rigged game since the beginning of civilization and sadly won’t end in the near future.
How is Rick qualified to lead this company? Did he graduate from the same Clown school as the other EC members leading this colossal mess? 10 mil would save us a lot of jobs, 24 million even more. These guys couldn’t lead us out of a shallow puddle of water… but while they cling to their overpaid jobs, we are told to be “positive and do our work”…until we get our Barbie colored pink slips.
Schwabbies to Rick: Gurl, Bye!

Sure Rick, thanks for that. Did you have to copy that from a cue card too?
Most of you couldn’t run a lemonade stand for $10 mill, lol. Schwab employees are hot garbage. Especially in Risk Management. Those folks are stone cold stupid.
Yes
It is absurd, but do you want to do it?
I can retire on $10M. Heck, I can retire on half of that. Double heck, I retire on a quarter of that.
Lay him off. Only $490M in savings to go!
I want to fail upward for Christmas.
Only failing upward will do.
No puny bonuses, no unfulfilled promises,
I want to fail upward like d-mb hippopotamuses.
Cronyism at its finest. I bet he thinks he earns it too
And he needed to read a script for a 15 min meeting about RTO
Ugh, gross
