Permian Open Enrollment

Better sign up for and max out your accidental death and dismemberment and life insurance if you work in the Permian. We are blowing and going so fast and next year is even worse. Only a matter of time before you need that insurance.

@1ofb+1jjDbrEn I don’t think anyone is criticizing the Permian employees. One can’t deny that the current level of attrition has safety implications though and that we are losing many of our most experienced and highest ranked people while being asked to do more and more every day. I think that is the point. Executives need to fix the attrition issue if they want to maintain journey towards Nobody Gets Hurt.

Safety is still number one in the EM Permian environment.
I should know - I run the SHE department here.
Both of us are highly qualified.

Is this the beginning of a complacency cycle in O&G that's going to result in a future overcorrection when regulatory bodies get involved?

I do not understand your replay. If there are few people dead, it counts as doing good or your are asking for numbers.
