It’s heartbreaking that some people in charge are allowed to be verbally abusive on Team calls. BS does not seem to be taken any action to address our concerns. It’s an a major ongoing issue with Towers in the Gulf States

Yeah this is logical. Take an asset you are trying to sell and no longer want then break up into pieces and keep the bad one and sell it for even more of a loss.

If Crown is only going to be keeping a barebones low cap fiber team and selling lightower, why did they just heavily loosen the reigns on approval thresholds across the country?

But Boot capital said they had 25 people that could sale it for trillions.

This has been reported on here for months and is the truth. Zayo is buying lightower, venues were never for sale, and zayo has too much overlap with the fiber net network. Crown will sell lightower at a loss to zayo, keep venues, stop building new small cells, and keep a bare bones low capital fiber crew on the fibernet network. I thought this was basically public knowledge at this point.

In contrast, Lightower Fiber Networks acquired multiple companies and had a footprint across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest U.S., as well as in London and Toronto.

Disneyland is in California. Disney World is on Florida and is Crown's largest and most profitable customer, it was never on the table. Venues have always been a cast cow for Crown.

Rumor sounds like they are selling the Lightower footprint and keeping the Fibernet footprint. Believe it when I see it.
