Since there will be Allstate employees rebadged to National General 1/1/2023, essentially being moved out of Allstate’ HR system to Nat Gen HR system, does your tenure get recognized or are you considered a “new employee “? If there is a RIF, that would be a definite impact. While Nat Gen is considered an “Allstate company”, can’t trust leadership

I remember AIG did that same thing couple months ago.
In AIG’s case, you either get fired or rebadge to other company( Accenture).
