PIPpin' Targets 2023

I know this topic is run into the ground, but has anyone heard anything lately? There was an interesting post awhile back saying potentially high pip targets, possible layoff all equalling 15% by years end. I don't know at all if this is true, just asking you all.

with low performers (bottom 20%) getting pay raises below inflation, the hope is that they resign. But with a recession coming, many will be PIP'd in the middle of a job recession. Pray that you are not in PIP this year, unless you are going back to grad school and are not planning to work. Retirement eligible PIP will continue as normal

@3bym+1lr3pbEl I wouldn't be surprised. All NSI material was put in EMTEC by explicit instructions from Darren. If you work at EMTEC you should be looking for another job like right now.

Rumors is that EMTEC is shrinking to 1500 regular employees worldwide.

15% NSI at EMHC confirmed. Those jobs are been shipped to India by 1Q24. If you work at the HC you should be looking for another job like right now.

Don’t know about PIP target but rumors quietly circulating that something in PDS will change this year. Lots of exit interviews have pointed to the known issues there. They just had to wait 3yrs to see how it played out before they made any changes.

I find the rumors very hard to put any stock in since we are about to kick off PDS with no HR communication on anything being different. So PIP remains 5% until we hear otherwise.

When the pipping is done, it will just be DW, TG and their army of leg humpers gathered around

I’d heard 10% reduction for next 5 years and that was in 2020/2021. So, essentially, a 50% decrease in work staff from 2020/2021 through 2025/2026.

That’s why I took the PIL and said, “Hasta la vista, arriverderci, I’m OUTTA here!!” 👋

Who wants to deal with that ax over your head for the next several years? No way to spend a career - or life!

Rumor has it 25% this year and 98% by the end of next year. D.W has determined he no longer needs 98% of the employees since he has discovered AI can answer all his questions for him.
