Associate Discount

Someone at work said they heard the associate discount on food was going into effect early. Anyone else heard that?

Walmart is all about lies and deception. The same people can keep calling in and the coaches approve their absences. Unbelievable bullsh-t.

Yes, for sure you can find spot prices on things cheaper here and there. But overall, the average cart size is cheaper at Walmart. All stores have sales and specials to get you in the store hoping you will buy more while you are there.

I shop around and I also shop at Aldi, Meijer and Target and Piggly Wiggly. Walmart prices aren’t the cheapest. They lead you to believe that. More lies and deceptions

Shop around. Compare prices. You will find out how much wmt cares about you trying to survive the raging inflation. Its wmt game and your just an expense. Try Aldi's thats a hugh win win. Souldn't there be roll backs now so they can raise the prices going into the holidays. Master of wmt bs you answer.

It’s $13.49 at Kroger. Right now just about all groceries and food items are going up or package size and quantity is going down. Still cheaper to buy the same thing at Walmart.

Bought cheeze ravioli cost $2.57. I had bought it at $2.97 a few weeks before. Like a 20% increase. And the discount didnt apply. You have to shop around.

Yawn. The same old stuff. Costco and Kroger will never have the market share Walmart has. And of course, the extra 10% off really does help all the associates. We’ll never know why that previous poster always wants to lie and be negative. I suspect the reason is totally obvious, though.

Walmart is too busy raising prices to give a discount early. Associates are there to help meet the expectations of the stockholders, that is make money off of. Costcos and Krogers is the place to shop. Thats why they are doing better than wmt. If you seriously think that 10% is helping you with inflation you had better shop around.

@1ncx+1iJDJBfX Why are you always so negative? What happened in your life that makes you so nasty?

If walmart doesnt cash it out , deprave wmt corp culture will steal it like it did buying jet.com. i can understand why you would think thats a hugh win. inflation destroying your purchasing power. dont hold your breath for early discounts. walmart minister of truth doing his best to snow you. your not getting a cost of living raise. cutting hours too. all layoffs and store closings beging at the corporate level. does wmt still have that $750 associate hardship money? apply now.

I do like the fact we got our personal hours in PTO. Are they going to cash us out on that like they do every year? That would be nice.

Nice, it should be all the time since the rest of the benefits really do suck big time
