Nothing changed for good. Not unexpected. The toxic UK management layer is still strutting around spewing rubbish and cultivating their excel clicking skills. The managers and directors don’t talk to customers or bring the business. When it comes to LR time they protect themselves and lay off the ICs who do the actual work. UK org is death warmed up.
The SAM manager was impacted
But this was a global reorg
The brunt seems to be ICs ....
Anyone aware if any manager/director got affected? Or is it just ICs again?

Just been on a client call here in UK and the topic of Cisco came up, they’re sick to death of the constant Churn of staff, so much so Cisco is now seen as an operational risk! No idea what that really means… but can’t be good.
