Please give examples of mid level management that is toxic and has been an hindrance to resideo ? -and this happening as they are fooling their own management….
Maybe that will help us move forward

GV-VP-HR is the worst of them all
No wonder Hon shipped the disaster to resideo. Actively participated in destroying people to please directors….no wonder we have hit lists.
We should put some hints about who and not just say IT or this or that … usualy some ppl in those stand out ;)

There are incredible examples in HR, Finance & tax organization, who have developped survival talent to fool management, consultants, the transformation office, and probably themself to reach astonishing levels of creativity.

Considering that those mid level clowns are very adept at fooling their own management I can see instances where feedback from peers and others may be required…
Maybe those making lists will themselves be on a list
