Voluntary separation opportunities were provided to selected bonus level leaders in 2021. Any credible insight on whether they take another shot at thinning the herd to reduce expenses or make room for coveted external talent in 2022?

They should get rid of all bonuses. Especially since Allstate thinks that a 2% raise is God's for be rated Better than Expected. Let management feel the squeeze for once.
