As I Director I'm disgusted once again by ET Executives.
They recently made the announcement we are not to rehire any former State Farm employees.
Once again the executives step on the backs of analysts. When are people going to realize they don't care.
It is true ET won't hire anyone back unless they leave HCL or are on "the bench". My executive told us in meeting. Of course nothing written down. Other area will hire you back. But why come back to a place the didn't value to big with.
Sounds like discrimination.

@1mbm Yes, it’s a cheating culture now here. Very boomer-like to drop a bo-b and then leave the wreckage behind with their pockets stuffed with cash. Climbed up and then pulled the ladder up behind them. Now people see that honest work doesn’t pay, you have to cheat to win or just be a su---r I guess.
Not sure why anyone would want to go back with their track record of employee treatment the last few years.

Not true. Would be incredibly illegal, too.
Wow they can't sc--w us anymore. HCL wants to cut at least 50% more of us as soon as they can figure out how their cheap offshore help can possibly step up and do anything other than read run books and put tickets on hold. Now they eliminate some people's last hope of coming back into the fold. Sc--w them both and someone remember to shut the lights off.
When was this decision made? I know of 3 people who have recently announced they are going back to SF from HCL. Admittedly only one was an analyst.
