Good luck everyone.
This could be a blessing for operations, they were excluded. It was not not so great. 60 days to get all you medical locked down for the year, 2 weeks per yr, bonus, un used PTO pay out and cobra. maybe some 401k/pension help Not a bad deal IMHO if your a long hauler in MDT
Week of 4/17 is targeted for operations. Names on a list should have been submitted by now. Best of luck.
Wonder if we will win another "best places to work for" lololol
HR rep told all of our program that it is posted on HR portal: 60 days + 2 weeks for every year. I have not looked at portal.
Proof that it's not 60 days + 2 weeks + 2 weeks for every year of service?
It’s def 1 week for every year @1lox+1lSrusUq. I think that’s what they said in the town hall a few weeks ago
Wow if it really is 1 week per year of service that is a disaster. It was 2 weeks for the folks laid off in June 2022.
wow 1 week for every year of service? Damn thats nasty if its true.
Looks like Q4 is gonna be another disaster
1 week per year of service ... not the normal 2 weeks I'm hearing, but the RIF is coming. I know a manager in a "change is hard to except meeting" today
UGH, best of lucky brothers and sister !
@1mqn+1lSrusUq What was said in the managers meeting? What productions are all at the Santa Ana site?
Training is happening at a Minneapolis manufacturing site conducted by HR too. No mentioned of timeline but guess its will be soon.
