Has anyone ever had success with the Speak Up hotline? Our warehouse is corrupt and the supervisors lie and cover for each other, so nothing gets resolved. I'm in Fort Smith.

File anonymously and give enough details about the incident but also change enough so it doesn't get back to you. Then get some popcorn.
Of course only report real ethical conduct violations not made up things like your boss is mean.
I've seen several people fired this way even the untouchables.
And the people who say they called speak up and were terminated it's usually another reason altogether. I've had people confide in me they used the hotline and still work there years later. He-l I even used it myself at places, I was laid off but many years later like 5.
I beat two speak-up charges. It was nature's way of telling me my colleagues wanted me GONE. It worked, they stayed on and I moved on.
@1lnq+1eqyLHMd Great advice!
This thread has been an eye-opener and a valuable learning opportunity. Everyone's comment is appreciated.
Your director and managers will get the complaint in days of you filing BUT make sure you do not use your phone. They will track you down.
I used Speak-Up in Plano to report some activity that was clearly against the sacred "Code of Conduct", even though it was all an open secret what these "untouchable" managers were doing and they just assumed in their arrogance that no one would dare say anything about it. Well I said something and sure enough I got layed-off 2 weeks later, what a coincidence. However, I didn't care, I was ready to go anyway, I couldn't stand that place. Once it was in the open, useless HR had no choice but to investigate and they found it was all true, so, not only me, they had lay-off/fire a bunch of managers who thought they were untouchable and their HR buddies would protect them. I basically tossed a grenade back in the plane as I parachuted out. I have no regrets. HR is not your friend, so just realize who you are dealing with. Their first reaction is that you are the problem, not the people you are reporting, so be aware of that, they are not interested in fairness.
Bad idea a person contacted speak up and they found fault with them and was terminated ! I suggest contact your state labor board for ideas to resolve your problem. Good luck !!!
Bad idea. especially if you speak up against an" untouchable" There are certain people who are exempt from rules over the past few years. Wait them out instead. If they are horrible at their jobs they will get promoted hopefully away from you. It's sickening what goes on.
@mjz+1eqyLHMd is absolutely right.
One would think they'd want to get rid of the problem people rather than protect them.
HR is not your friend.
Neither is Speak Up.
They exist to protect the Company’s interests.
@x-x+1eqyLHMd It's a brutal truth. Nothing changes no matter what course of action you take. You can't talk to anyone higher up because they'll only tell you what you want to hear and dismiss your concerns.
It's a fact that many who trusted the Speak Up process ended up loosing their jobs. Coincidence ? I think not.
