I can see that. An upper manager claimed on a call that they give extra points to diverse candidates when interviewing. Its not a way to recruit the most talented people for your team. It shouldnt matter what race, color, creed you are...a company shouldnt forego talent and experience for other, less important stuff.

I work closely with the DEI Team. I sincerely question the competence of this group (from their leader on down). I have little confidence that their attended DEI seminars or certifications in diversity studies will accomplish anything of value within our company. Their work is fueled by ideology vs proven practices. They receive far less scrutiny because of optics.

They revised the projections of revenue targets that make up 50% of STI payout since they havent made anything close to what they were expecting. (Wheres the 5 Billion in deals we signed?)

So they cut the revenue target to about double what we made through the first half of the year. New target is about 4B...we made about 2B so far this year. If they dont hit that target then essentially there will be no STI payout.

This is a broken company. The only people who dont believe it are investors chasing the AI bubble.

Did you just get the e-mail about the STI's? What exactly is that saying?

DEI/ESG is dying, it has already reached its peak and is declining. Go check out John Deere, Tractor Supply, Budweiser etc., all publicly traded companies that have recently un-woked themselves and are staying away from the DEI slop.

DEI masquerades as a cover for a racist program. It's on the same level as reparations for black people.

Well I know my morale is in the toilet. But how do you know its company wide?
Those internal surveys come back pretty positive every few months.

Kate couldn't Manager herself out of a wet paper bag. The DEI team has failed and moral is at the lowest point in Company history. Go team go! Ba-f!
