The only partners I’ve ever seen lose their jobs are ones who didn’t make their numbers. Given how sales numbers are manipulated in GBS, that means you aren’t that great at your job. @1ldh+19F2pOjC Is right to call you out. Up-or-out is a normal mentality at all competitors.

The constant layoffs have led to this everyone-out-for-themselves mentality, which prevents the existence of effective teams.
Thanks for your empathy. I hope when you are in a tough spot people don’t attack you, generalize about your contribution and make a hurtful comment. At every level at IBM there are hard working people just trying to make a living. And.. there are more people like you- mean, bitter and rude. I sure won’t miss those people.
