They want you to video type yourself and send it for two questions.
Engineering in US is dead.
Same orgs as 2019?
Was there lot of firing in that group?
Which org? I was in Finance and it was a shithole in terms of culture.
Diminishing confidence in the leadership. Know some casualties and their managers are highly questionable. Turning into a popularity contest rather than skills and ability. Don’t know how some of the management got their jobs.

Technically they could be telling the truth. They already planned it in advance so they were no longer planning it.
Technically they didn’t lie. These will be terminations.
“We are not planning layoffs” or so they said in town halls.
I should never have gone in. They got me. Now I'm scrambling to find a new job when they are calling it termination instead of layoffs.
