This is very strongly rumoured, I've heard this also from a few sources. 10% permanent salary increase, plus the usual annual rise communication in December.

UK doing well it appears.

It’s sad when you don’t believe positive news anymore from EM. I just don’t believe they would do this

@wio+1jiexk3J! No, this is in addition to your annual salary increase, it's a realignment increase to your base salary.

Does anyone know the UK attrition rate? We don’t have that many people around anymore so can’t be that high

Codswallop. We will get 4-5% if we’re lucky. You may see 9% if OwD. Beyond that all increases will be well below inflation because as has been widely and accurately reported the MC led by DW aka “judge dredd” only listen to the investors who clearly have said our costs are too high
Share price is higher than it has been for a decade, share buybacks act as the sinkhole for free cash. MC are doing a great job of preparing their RSU/cash pile for their upcoming retirements. Bearing all this in mind, why on earth would the MC pay employees in an HC10 country a cent more than they can get away with ? We are but numbers in a corporate Ponzi scheme, leave or suck it up. Choice is yours. At least the pension plan is still world class.

What a one off or a Jan 1 increment + the normal ride? I don’t trust EM any longer so don’t believe it

FYI France got 5% (general pay raise) + individual pay raises for those who deserve one... :), plus 2 one shot bonuses totalling 3.750 €.
Management is saying overall payroll will be up 6.5% in 2023 vs 2022.
A 3-week strike action in both refineries ended last week.
