@1ksz+1qy2Sz1s Do you really believe what the ELT told us about using PTO days? Like it would actually prevent a LR? All it did was reduce what they have to pay out when the HR 1:1 meetings start showing up on calendars.
Since we took extra vacation like they asked we won't get axed, right? They said it would prevent them from having to take more drastic actions that we wouldn't like.
Will be huge
