Missourians deserve answers as to why IBM, with offices based in Missouri, is discriminating against both prospective and current employees.

I totally support diversity and I'd totally have to say my company deserves an award for it.
- Mexicans do our gardening, renovations and janitorial work.
- Women answer the phones, make the men coffee, photocopy stuff, etc.
- A team of jewish and chinese accountants. We barely ever have to pay taxes.
- Indians in the IT team doing our phone support and programming.
- A black dude who hangs out in the smoking area selling ca--abis
I worked for ten years as a systems admin at a fortune 500.
Then HR forced DEI on my department. We were forced to hire this ni---g who took ten years to get a CCNA.
Anyway, long story short.. We gave him access to the datacenter and one weekend he showed up with a truck and tried to run off with a few of the racks. Dude wasn't very smart and ended up tripping like all of the alarms and didn't notice all of the cameras.
It sure was fun watching that ni---g get taken down by the police. He also got charged for having dr-gs in his truck.
If it was based on merit and actual qualification, IBM would just be full of white men. Women belong in jobs like restaurants, nurses and secretaries. Coons are just going to get arrested at some point for dr-gs so a mandatory dr-g test should keep those porch monkey's out of any company.

Not just skin color as IBM also has quotas for the number of women vs men. Anyway, same thing applies - hire the best person for the job
