RB’s strategy of not “rebalancing” until end of quarter is now upon us. She only did this to use people for her own benefit due to her poor sales performance. While she is wanting you to continue to drive for those POs, she has done you a disservice by giving you less time to find a job as the tech sector continues with more and more layoffs. There is no empathy in what she has done. Clearly a lack of real executive leadership.

@1iqu+1kPASWyC “TAC support is top notch!” When we're frustrated with TAC and unable to grasp what they're saying, we go to our SA to have our problems fixed.

There will still be some hyperspecialists but that’s right the normal stuff like firewall is being mainstreamed to the account teams so the standard security css and tsa teams will be eliminated.
I thought PSS and TSA are done? Only direct Sales teams are left?

We don't need Sales and SAs. These products sell themselves. They are very easy to order, shipped quickly, easy to install, licensing is simple and efficient, and TAC support is top notch.
10% cut to Sales is the most. SAs and TSAs will start to get pooled then go completely Agile TSA in FY24. Less Pay and No Career Path.
Security CSS to be hit hard
There is a sales all hands for 2/2 so it will happen before that. Enterprise to move from 4 areas to 3. Some of commercial will be hit, SLED less so. PSS in some architectures to be hit hard...others just a re-org to include wider coverage. No word on TSAs.
