I don't get how so many people continue to sing praise to Chevron as a great place to work when it hasn't been that for years. I've been trying to find my way out for the past six months because this ridiculousness is not worth it anymore.
Why should I have to go to pointless meetings that last forever while getting nothing done just to have to stay overtime to finish my work?
Why should I have to worry that my proposal to improve a process will possibly get me fired because "that's not how we do things here?
I shouldn't and I'm not going to. I finally got an offer and I can't wait to be out of here.
