The statement they put out regarding Aaron Rodgers pretty much tells us where State Farm falls regarding vaccination. Not saying it’s right or wrong….just that it tells us what Corporate’s view is.

Judge put a temporary halt to the mandate. Wait and see.

Yes, revving a business like a car red lining at all time will eventually blow a head gasket.

I think running your employees 100%, 100% of the time is good business model. That's how I operate my car, pedal to the medal the whole time. No problem, very smart.

Much like P&C insurance health/life is about frequency and severity. Unvaccinated is much higher in both categories.

The 2 comments regarding the vax and unvaxed - really? How about they charge more for health insurance for anyone that has underlying conditions? And you don’t think vaxed people might have to go in the hospital for covid?

For the unvaccinated they can expect increased group med and LTD premiums for sure. Also, under consideration is reduced life insurance coverage. This will impact only a small percentage of the workforce.

I am hoping the benefits differentiatebfor those that are vaxxed and unvaxxed. No free riders

This rumor came from a trustworthy source, hybrid is temporary the goal is to have everyone back in the office 5 days a week in loc’s. WFH employees that’s offices shut down will eventually be asked to move, or resign.

This will probably all happen late winter, early spring after the hiring surge.

Seriously, you are asking about healthcare and pension on this site? Wow. Yes, because a CS or CA would know these things far in advance of the remainder of employees.
