LOL what kinda stuff are you smoking? I haven't met a software engineer making less than six figure in the last 10 years....
What a deal
Insulting starting salary …Xerox on the cheap today…Internally salary wages really out of wack..Ranges for the same job classification can have large variances …Xerox pushing low end has been goal of HR last 20 plus years.
Recruitment cannot compete against
todays High tech or environmental jobs..
Wayyy to low for a critical resource
Hmm hired in 1999 for 20k now making 55k Post from TheLayoff.com
lol my starting salary at xrx, in 19-effing-97, was $55k.
This is what companies do to back up their LCA filings to bring bring people in on H1B, or Xerox is taking advantage of recent tech layoffs to snag a desperate worker on H1B whose 60 days to find a new job is almost up.

I just went there and read the posting. Absolutely hysterical. No one can do what they are asking for at the pay they are offering.
It's real, on Indeed. Speaks volumes about that company and employees that are stuck there.
If real that is insulting. That is barely higher than starting pay 20 years ago.
Garbage pay along with non-transferable + worthless for your resume technologies. Feel the Tech Power.
That's just a pathetic salary range for a qualified Software Engineer; most of them make six figures plus.
