@1ibn, they won’t be in jail. Victimless crime. Making millions while forcing people out of jobs? Just clever financial operations.

Sycamore found opportunities in Belk- that’s their business.
What happened to Belk is ALL Belk. The way it was run, the way it was managed, what they did ( or didn’t) spend on.. They can thank themselves for the failures.
