To lay someone off during the holidays is low for any company. I would like to think that is fake news. But on the other hand, I've seen Gainwell employees do some unethical things during my tenure.
Im terribly sorry for anyone who was let go during this time. What areas were you from? IT? Operations? Account Management? Sales? Finance? Would love a little more insight if at all possible.

I’m not the OP. I just know I was let go yesterday. No idea how many others were affected.
I was told it was part of an organization wide reduction in workforce.
Someone here is claiming they have inside HR news. Do share. How many were let go yesterday? How many more will be let go in January?

Who lays off hundreds before Christmas? A venture capital company bleeding money that can't get out of its own way. The clock is ticking on Gainwell. What company could afford to buy such an unfortunate enterprise, or want to fix years of incompetence from all the various former companies and systems that make up Gainwell.
