Vendor kickbacks is pretty standard practice, how else would you explain them buying all this expensive stuff that su-ks?

vendor kickbacks? likely not as she wouldnt have been smart enough to set that up.

it is obvious to anybody who ever heard her speak about the business or just about anything else why she was let go. she was bad. not smart. confused. and clueless about what nm does. and from my friends on her former team she was awful to work for.

If AW has exceptional leadership, why not make him the vp of AI ? Let him have the deserving ergonomics chair hehe

Can anyone explain if AG got vendor kickbacks and that’s why she was fired?

He drowned the testing org. He might drown his current org too.

I have been observing AWs trajectory since I started 3 years before and I must say the way he's developed and taken charge of teams is quite commendable.
Frankly, I've seen him demonstrate leadership qualities that in my opinion surpass what we often see from DG's leadership especially when you compare it to AA. He is a good one.

AA's new ticket should be pink in color.

AA got a ticketless seat with a pointed needle this time, meant his new position.

AA doesn’t get front row Brewer game tickets for his personality. He would take his bud NS along too.

@1hk+1jq7nkjza - Completely agree. There is no justification for SM having a whole army of product managers just to oversee vendor products. I was told she has 200 product managers. On top of that, we’re still stuck with legacy tech while AA and his crew keep benefiting from vendor kickbacks. DG must fire AA and his clowns.

SR's whole 'women's equality' BS? Eye roll. But, AA was the one running this show, right? He decided to build this dumpster fire Product team, promoted SM, and is wasting millions. Can KS please just, like, talk to the GDPs and get examples of how successful companies handle this? And, for the love of everyone’s sanity, DG needs to fire AA. Like, yesterday!

Can someone in ICS actually shed light on the duties of these product managers and SM?

ICS is very bloated. The entire ICS product area can be eliminated. There is nothing proprietary there and vendors already provide the product services. SM and her entire org can go and no one would notice.

I totally forgot about the "be sick" thing. So looking forward to him being gone. More importantly though I want to see what happens to ICS. Seems like there's a lot of fat trimming to do

If true about AA go to employee resources in HR and open a case. They will investigate.

The same AA who asked as our religion? NM’s ethics line goes to 1-800 no one cares. Do not trust AA.

NS and JS fell for AAs 'apple polishing' and 'the needful'. But DG, he's playing his cards close to the vest.
Him grabbing ICS and giving it to his gal? That was a power play, plain and simple.
Now he's got all the leverage . He can demote AA, or replace him, and NM won't even flinch. It'll help us hit those 2026 targets.

according to those ive talked to who worked around her ag brought a new level of incompetence to nm.she was busy on the conference circuit but he told me most of what she presented both inside and outside nm were made up.no business savvy at all and always chose exactly the wrong words.almost everybody in her department despised her.

now lets see if she can lie enough to land another leadership position somewhere else.

i heard nyl is hiring.

Props to DG, but he messed up the order. AA should've been first.

DG is cleaning house. First it was SR, then AG, and AA is likely next.
