@1heo+1oTPQIoM I’d think so too if I didn’t breakdown the org chart by roles. Would it surprise you to learn that around 30 percent of the company is in some form of management position?
No wonder no work is getting done here. If they don’t follow an inverted pyramid approach with the layoffs, the company is pretty much finished.

@xpj+1oTPQIoM They’ll layoff two PLs and 10 regular grunts but since the PLs constitute a greater percentage of their tier, it is inverted pyramid.
@vfn+1oTPQIoM EC isn't anonymous but that doesn't make them accountable.
Additional items to list:
- Base salary
- Total years of service
- Total severance including PTO accurals
- SHA-2 hash of your full name. Make sure not to use MD5, or the EC may be able to reverse it..........
